I've always had a love for shoes since my days of high school.  I sketched designer/athletic shoes during science class and worked in a shoe store at night.  After graduating high school I interned at two athletic shoe companies. However, my critique was men's high fashion.  My next pursuit led me to travel across Europe and South America to explore womens shoes. Women's shoes were always fascinating because it showed so much artwork and detail.  In 2002 , I designed my first men's collection to be sold in the united states, which gained a lot of attention.  In 2004, I began designing women's shoes which led to more notoriety.  As of now I have a retail store located and in Norfolk, VA and an online store www.monticelloshoes.com.
